CTV article on upcoming open house for affordable units in the new buildings that are now renting. They have gutted the floors in the heritage building on the SW corner back to the brick and concrete. Alot of progress on the SE corner heritage building with exterior trim and cleanup well underway now and interior finishing.


The 11s Victoria Residence building is getting the 5th floor walls and posts formed and poured.

Have installed a large section of the south end 6th floor precast floor slabs for the 11s Victoria Residence building. Should see 6th floor wall and post forming started next week on the south end.

Forming for the 6th floor walls and posts has started on the south end of this 11s Victoria Residence building.
