Smart move to make the top towers blue so it blends with the sky. Probably done to offset and trick the NIMBYs that the towers are not that tall.

These 2 towers are redefining the city skyline, they look amazing from Hintonburg on Wellington.

The drama of leaving this section to last, while at the same time completing the mechanical penthouse banding. We're all in suspense over here!

I feel slightly bamboozled with how the cladding came out vs what the renders showed, but these are still the most striking towers in the city. Really beautiful. The material on the podium is especially slick looking.

Hmmm.. yeah perhaps a little more contrast than what I would prefer.. but it looks like your set of photos show that a little more than the last several posts.

I'm trying to guess the time of day based on shadow cast from the LRT station.. must have been 6/7 pm perhaps?

Does anyone think we might have been better off with the original fade to tan idea? I'm kind of ambiguous but it's hard to argue the original tan on top would have been the more traditional choice.

As I said in another post.. another half dozen or so floors and an additional gradient would probably have been the better play going with the blue up top.

Tan would have been kind of boring. I like the more striking blue. For sure see how this one can be polarizing.

It's also incredibly teasing to see them not linked up yet but so close.

I feel like the contrast evokes the image of a snow-capped mountain. Can't wait to see what they have planned for the arena district....let's go already!
