Anyone been here yet? It’s basically a psuedo-Japanese dollar store that is very popular across malls in China. I hope it proves popular in SJ, and think it should, considering how popular dollar stores are here in NB.

Would be great to see a Miniso at Brunswick Square and other downtown NB malls, as I imagine they’d get quite a lot of foot traffic from people living and working in the urban cores of NB’s big three.

McAllister Place sits on a large parcel with a lot of vacant land. It would be prime for residential development if the owner was so inclined. It is a popular trend elsewhere in the country.

I’ve always felt it would be awesome to live at or directly beside the mall.

Would be nice to see more residential developments occur at malls and retail nodes around NB… might require a lot of rezoning, but would be well worth it.

I miss living walking distance from a grocery store. Even better, would be living walking distance from Costco!
