248-254 Hill St. in SoHo, will have 33 one bedroom units.

With construction set to begin this fall, the new four-storey building at 248-254 Hill St. is expected to open by the fall of 2026.

That's a great piece of infill and joins all the SOHO development going on to really revitalize that part of the city. Hopeful we get a nice size development across the street from it soon too.

The 2nd floor precast concrete floor slabs have started to be installed. Should see 2nd floor concrete block walls being built next week.

The 3rd floor concrete block walls are now built and they have installed the precast concrete 4th floor slabs. Forming for the entrance way fronting Hill St is well under way and could see a concrete pour soon.

Work on building the 4th floor concrete block walls is moving fast with about 70% now installed. They have also poured the stairs and accessibility ramp for the front entrance to this building.

They have now finished the 4th floor concrete block walls and also installed the precast concrete roof slabs. Already well underway on the concrete block walls of the mechanical penthouse. Window units also installed up to the 3rd floor now as well.
