Meh, same old nimby CA being nimbys. They complain about not getting there way while the city gets left with a 12 story mid-ish rise that is within 400 metres of a mass transit station. It's ridiculous that some agree here agree with this nimbyism, but what can you do when feels take precedence over homes.

Theres a new sign up on the lot now. I wonder if this is gonna break ground this spring?

Walked by yesterday and seemed to be some action on the site, looks promising. Will be a welcome addition to the neighbourhood, I wonder if the design has evolved since the last approval.
