Really unfortunate that the east facade of the shorter building was left completely blank.

Kind of makes sense because immediately east of the east wall is a natural gas pump and distribution facility with lots of above ground pipes and equipment. Who would want to look out over that? From ground level the fencing hides most of the pipes and equipment.

York wasting no time removing that tower crane. Exterior and interior finishing well underway now will likely see first tenants by end of the summer for this 12s building.

Forming has started for 2nd floor slab on the north building and alot of progress forming and pouring the ground floor posts on the south building. Forming has started on the ground floor slab on the south side of south building. The Site 1 project has two towers above a large podium base on the SE corner of Southdale and Bostwick.

Renting now for first tenants.

The exterior concrete finishing and painting is moving along quickly. Landscaping prep is also started.
