I hope one day 1 New York Plaza and 55 Water Street both get reskinned/remodeled.

55 Water St. is my least favorite building out of all tall buildings in that city, and perhaps anywhere. Those buildings along Water St. is a wall of ugliness for the most part, IMO.

Yes! I've been drooling to see decent renderings from these angles. Especially when there's some distance so the perspective flattens and gives a good idea of comparative size.

they certainly are a mess along water street, except for the lobby of my spouse’s old office bldg one water street at the seaport — unfortunately i see these paintings have been taken down for awhile, hopefully like just for cleaning and they return, but i dk —
