The project gladfully ended up pretty similar to the renders. Great attention to details and flawless insertion to its surroundings.

COBE's Cherry House in Toronto's Distillery District. The scale looks a bit oppressive, but there are some good details in there:

I agree the scale is a bit oppressive, and very busy, but I like how they handled the "podium" level.
