From that its sounds like they built the foundations for larger towers, but proceeded with the 10 story hotel?

Another set of ghost tower foundations to add to the pile?

ate lunch in Hydro main floor overlooking site today and definitely lots people on site putting up rebar columns. I'm thinking this one will grow fast

When PCL is on the job site that means 2 things.

1. The client has the money to spend. And 2, PCL has a schedule to keep. Not like the self funded and built hotel nearby.
