I should apologize for the rant. I just get so frustrated by the lack of forward planning done about the City’s assets. I changed a couple of boards on my deck this spring – before they were at the point where someone might put a foot through them during summer usage. Maintaining your things, planning future needs, and taking preventative action is not impossible to do.
