So. Umm. I’ve seen the design. One word.

Oof.

It tells you what they think of us, like a Bait & Switch from what was promised.
They are so embarrassed, they will not permit any rendering publically.

I only saw it briefly. The good news is it’s not tacky and isn’t a Sandman look. I would describe it as a slightly clunky take on a modernist office building from the 1970’s, late 60’s. Maybe in an American office park from that era. It doesn’t have a big hat like a sandman or the ones shown above. It’s trying to be more urban than that. Heavier looking than the light glass towers at true north square. Hopefully it’s not stucco. Couldn’t tell. Material choice will make a big impact on its feel.
Big skywalk runs across the entire second floor.

It’s trying. Thankfully it doesn’t look suburban. It would be helped by not being set within the context of super clean TNS towers. Would look good on Broadway actually. Would fit the buildings there.

Was the height linear or did it have parts that seemed shorter? From your description I'm picturing a box..

They are more interested in this $3 billion dollar development I think.

Same height all the way across. Steps back a bit in plan at each end but reads like a horizontal box largely.

I never expected it to look like a Sandman, like some other users here, but I am a bit surprised they didn't try to give it a cohesive look with True North Square, especially considering the last two iterations of the development.
