3095 & 3105 Bostwick Road - subdivision

Southside is proposing a new subdivision near the SW corner of Bostwick and Southdale. 168 detached homes plus townhomes and park blocks.

This stretch of Southdale needs to be widened sooner rather then later as the number of new homes going in over the next 10 years is going to triple the population in the area.

Lots of heavy equipment on this site doing site prep and installing underground service utilities like sewers and watermains. Might we see lot sales and housing starting in 2024?

They have now installed the underground utilities and have the roads and concrete curbs built for this new sub division block. Still no model homes or foundations started. Most likely due to housing slowdown and fiscal realities.

Looks like they now have the first model home framed in this subdivision.

Small incremental update to this new sub-division draft plan for 20 single family lots from Southside Construction.

Worth noting they have rough-in the roadway connecting to Bostwick just south of Pack Road.

Lots of heavy equipment doing site prep work for this subdivision. Sewers and utility installations have been going in for a while now as they get this site ready for builds.

They have now poured the roadway concrete curbs connecting to Bostwick. Base coat of pavement should be soon. It appears that they are close to wrapping up the subdivision utility services. Wonder how long it will sit awaiting sales of lots so building can begin.
