Thanks for the update on the occupancy. According to their website:
https://www.baydoapartments.ca/baydo-tower-1/default they have 115 units available in the north tower, with rents ranging from $1,300 - $1,880 monthly.
They're currently in year 7 of this build. Do you think they'll have the south tower done prior to hitting year 8 next May?

As I understand it, Baydo is pretty much done with Saskatoon now. Their focus has moved to developments in the Lower Mainland of BC.
