Quick summary:
1. The road to the south of Casa Luxura has a very steep slope (lower on the western side and higher on the eastern side).
2. While the altitude of the top of all five towers is the same, the steep gradient on the souther side means that the towers don't all start at the same altitude below. As a result, the building heights (measured from the lowest ground-level pedestrian entrance) are different for these towers.
3. The westernmost towers (Tower B, C) have pedestrian and vehicular entrances directly into the lowermost parking floor (labelled Cellar-4 in the elevation diagram). Therefore, their total building height is measured from Cellar-4 to the top. That is 16m + 198.50m =
214.50m to the top. The terrace is 5m below, so the terrace height is 209.50m
4. The middle tower (Tower D) has its lowermost road entrance to Cellar-3. Therefore, its total height is 12.50m + 198.50m =
211m to the top. The terrace is 5m below, so the terrace height is 206m.
5. The easternmost towers (Tower A, E) have road entrance to Cellar-2 on the southern side. These two towers also have a road on the eastern side, but that entrance is to Cellar-1. We will consider the southern entrance because that is lower. Therefore, their total building height is measured from Cellar-4 to the top. That is 8m + 198.50m =
206.50m to the top. The terrace is 5m below, so the terrace height is 201.50m.
