Construction is starting along Coburg Road on three separate buildings. All three are being built by PCL Construction, are owned by Woodbourne, and will contain a total of 322 units of student housing.

I had a read through and the big takeaways are;

- Mass Timber Construction
- No mention of parking being included
- Tower crane at Site B, mobile crane on Lilac Street for Site A.
- 1 basement floor in each building not covering the full lots though
- Walnut Street & Lilac Street will be closed to all traffic
- Scaffolding will be installed over the Coburg sidewalk
- Expected end of encroachment is August 2028.
