Metropolitan Village Mixed-use: Cancelled 
This isn't good. The second apartment building at Metropolitan Village was moving forward last year, but stopped late-last-summer, due to unpaid construction liens on the project. The permits expired in March 2026, due to half-a-year of no activity, and they weren't renewed.
