Pasadena's Stately Wayne Manor on the market for $32 million

A historic Pasadena mansion made famous as Bruce Wayne’s Wayne Manor in the 1960s “Batman” television series has returned to the market with a $32 million asking price — roughly 56% higher than the record-setting $20.5 million it sold for just one year ago.
The Tudor Revival estate at 380 S. San Rafael Ave., built in 1928, was listed this week, marking its first public offering since the 1990s. The property’s previous off-market sale in July set a record as the highest price ever paid for a home in Pasadena.
If the estate sells near its asking price, it would shatter its own city record.
