This is still in approvals btw. They must have filed for at least some foundation work for the site.

280 Kent is the final component of a massive five-part masterplan and reimagining of the former Domino Sugar Refinery, by Two Trees Management. The design team is lead by REX, and notable elements of the design include a podium wrapped in undulating floor to ceiling glass curtain wall, and balconies with oculus penetrations.
