Porter Airlines are switching more YHZ flights from YUL to YHU in the fall of 2026. With the fall schedule starting on October 25, 2026 Porter will be reducing their YHZ-YUL flights to once daily from double daily. This frequency will be operated by a De Havilland-Bombardier Dash-8. The YHZ-YHU flights will be operated twice daily. One will be operated by a De Havilland-Bombardier Dash-8 and the other by an Embraer E195 E2.

Starting May 1, 2027 their schedule will change again. The YHZ-YUL route will continue to be operated once daily but the aircraft will be upgauged to an Embraer E195 E2. The YHZ-YHU route will increase by one daily frequency to be operated triple daily. One flight will be operated by a De Havilland-Bombardier Dash-8 and the other two will be operated by the Embraer E195 E2. The De Havilland-Bombardier Dash-8 seats 78 passengers while the Embraer E195 E2 seats 132 passengers.

Hopefully they will have better transit options by that time
