Massive project for an area with no prospect of rapid transit. I hope the City at least increases bus frequency when this opens.
Any indication on the phasing.
Also, it has a drive-through. The design review panel recommended they "remove the drive-through and instead have street side parking for delivery services", and the developer responded "we won't be removing the drive-through, but thanks for pointing out we need parking for delivery, here's a bigger surface parking lot".
