Of course, why should we expect better from the city when the province refuses to build a parking structure for the Moncton Hospital (3000 employees), and several thousand other patients and visitors every day. Parking? Who need parking???? It doesn't matter how sick you are, you can just take the bus to the hospital!! Late for work because you can't find parking??? Not the province's problem.
The Moncton Hospital parking situation is horrible indeed. I have heard the nimby's don't want a parking structure anywhere around the hospital. But, it was ok for a three story apartment building to be built in the middle of the Sunny Brea subdivision. Yup, I guess the squeaky wheels get the grease!

I have also heard that some RCMP members are not happy with the new building, but that will surface as time goes on.
