I believe it was 1,450+ something then lowered to 1,414, hence the ~45 foot height cut mentioned in the January 2025 doc.

You’re talking about an earlier version of the tower. Nothing ever came of that.

The roof of that version was 1,350' without the spires I believe.

Where does this stand in terms of financing btw? I know Citadel signed on for some of the space but should we really expect this to start in the next year or so?
