Gibson Food hall and market is gearing up to open to the public after closing in December 2024. Official grand opening date has not been announced yet; however, I suspect an opening date later this month in July.
The food hall will have four food vendors, prepared meals, coffee shop, and of course a market. There will be a speakeasy underneath the store called Pearl Lounge as well. Operating hours will be 7am- midnight.
I was sad to see the old market and deli close; they had some great deli dishes I loved to get but I am happy with this food hall addition to downtown. Every time I go to a new city, I always look for a food hall to dine at in the downtown area.
