Not the best image but the 4th tower is much taller and seems to have a nice curtain wall glass portion

Overall, this fourth tower seems far nicer than the first three phases.

Each building keeps improving ever so slightly. I don't really have a problem with any of them to be honest if I remember what passes for apartment towers here. First 3 are just incredibly average.

Pictures taken last weekend. The building definitely isn't just a rectangular box. Tallest yet and appears to be topped out.

A Site Plan Control application has been submitted to revise a previously approved application (File D07-12-18-0143) to add 47 additional residential units to tower 5A and an additional 74 units to Tower 5B, bringing the total unit count from 486 to 607.

The proposal will revise the parking layout and reconfigure the commercial and amenity areas on the ground floor. The additional units will be added by introducing units to the ground floor of Tower 5A and adding a second floor where it was previously open to the ground floor. Further, the gross floor area of all levels will increase enclosing the previous balconies and adding projecting balconies.
