STOs are on same pole as the stop flag, right below it. You could probably reach up and touch it, but it's a lot harder to get a good blow on it and cause damage.

If it’s to high, visually impaired people will have trouble seeing them.

Any bus fleet updates?

I seen on the ZEB tracker site they've got 133 in service and 156 delivered. At least by the end of this month, we should be seeing noticeable improvement in service reliability.

Long story short, it's for peak demand and power outages. They estimate they will be used 30 days a year, 120 hours per year.
