No one really talks about it because its highly likely that not a single bit of dirt is ever moved. This is a pipe dream with no real funding and no real chance of ever getting off the ground.

It's being proposed by a software company. They're using it to market some kind of cryptocurrency platform they're trying to launch. I doubt they have any intention of actually building it.

People on this forum section are not talking about this project, as it will never get off the ground. A better use of the property linked to this proposal would be to integrate/restore existing warehouses/industrial buildings and build out select multifamily housing into a pedestrian-friendly extension of south downtown. No lender will back this project as currently proposed by the 'development' team.

This thread should be closed. They don't have any money and have already defaulted on the mortgage for the land. Just like Opus.
