Goodness Drewlo has a lot of projects going even in this difficult real estate market. They must be the biggest builder in the city based on unit count.

Mechanical penthouse walls now installed on the north building. Forming started for the 6th floor walls on the south building.

The 6th floor walls are now installed on the second building. Soon to be topped out with roof slab and mechanical penthouse like the first building. Exterior finishing is under way with exterior brick on some of the townhouse blocks being installed.

They have now topped out the 2nd 6s building. Up next is exterior insulation and finishing work.

Of note immediately south of this site another townhouse development has started with some of the foundation footings being formed and poured.
