Are they trying to go for 1 WTC vibe here? It looks like what would happen if 1 WTC went to Vegas for a week and than did a lot of coke and than impregnated a tower from Atlantic City.

Not good! Terrible design. What's up with the American flags too. Most unamerican tower if you know what I mean.
