From where did you get the 1968 date (and the architects for that matter)?
Travelweekly states 1982 and the architecture looks very late 70s/early 80s to me.

Travelweekly states 1982 and the architecture looks very late 70s/early 80s to me.
I agree with you that the hotel looks late 70s rather than late 60s. The first Architect is Norwegian and the second one Kenyan.
