They have now paved the driveway off South street just to the entrance to the underground parking. Still dirt on the extension of Nelson St along the south edge of the property.

Still have the scaffolding and tarp up on the heritage building on the corner as they continue the renovation work. Both new tower buildings have tenants now and are still renting vacant units. Landscaping still hasn't been completed along the south side as the entrance off Nelson is still not complete. No work happened over the winter months on the route along the south of the property that will connect to Waterloo St. Hopefully the City starts this soon. The lot immediately west of the new towers is still a construction staging area. Not sure if that is still owned by the City or was part of the sale to Medallion. Hopefully plans for that lot will be a couple of more high rise towers.

Have been making progressing on pouring the curbs for the Nelson St walkway along the south side of these buildings. There are what appear to be a number of concrete planters along this walkway as it will make up part of the river path system on the north side of the river.

The pavement for the multi-use path along the river has started to be installed along the south side of these buildings. Concrete curbs and walkways are already now poured for the extension of Nelson St. It's only one lane wide for vehicles and more like a driveway than a road extension. The heritage building on the corner still has scaffolding up on two sides as they appear to be cleaning up the exterior brick and windows. Work on the interior also appears to be happening. Still alot of empty units in both towers as renting appears to be slow.
