A few new businesses have opened, Breka is being worked on, so hopefully a summer opening and the Bigway Hot Pot also seems to be getting constructed.

This is the rental tower expected to open Fall 2026.

Crazy how using a color besides seafoam green makes these generic towers look so much better.

Nowadays, its more that pale industrial gray that's blandifying all the towers.

Yes! Would’ve been even better to do all the sides in that colour. But I guess that would be too daring!

This is where they need to add switches for a Newton branch line.

Sad it’s not happening now. If ever to do it - this is the time to do it. Otherwise we’ll have same situation that’s happened at OMC4

Went to the new Breka last night around 10 pm, there was a lineup around the building, probably 50-100 people, inside looked packed, ended up not bothering to go. The hub overall was very busy, loads of people walking towards the Breka, and I've never seen so much car traffic in there and it was 10 pm. Will try again, maybe today, but it seems like a hit.

I walked by there too around the same time; easily over 100 people lined up. I looked again half past midnight and there were about 50 people then. I won't bother going until they start accepting online orders.

It's a big deal for the bridge and tunnel crowd.

Went by last night, Friday around 9 pm, and I think it was even busier, long lineup that went alongside the building to the condo courtyard/entry area. The sitting installation was full of people, people were all over the place, the entire hub was busy, it's never been busier than it has become.

Crazy, but Surrey really is lacking for options, that area after 10 pm its hard to find anything open.
