I don't really have much of a problem with more run of the mill style buildings along Baseline and Carling etc. Especially if it means pushing forward some type of BRT/LRT at some point.

The stuff around Zibi, Lebreton, Dows Lake, Westboro and Gladstone type areas should be a higher standard if I am just waving a magic wand around. Might as well throw the 417 stretch along there as well so people think we are cool.

The pessimist in my says these will be dialed back and knock about 6 floors off of each which would be more in line with what we are used to seeing in proposals. Then they build the 22fl first and the second tower doesn't start immediately after the first.
