Yeah, I don't think Hiller is necessarily a bad hire, and there definitely could have been much worse "fan popular" hires they could have made, like Cassidy, for example.
I also think Raddysh's contract with the Leafs seems good. People are blown away by the 8 years, but it is pretty clearly structured as a cap management tool and provided the Leafs get four or five good years out of him, they have done pretty well with it.
Chayka's doing okay so far, imo.
