A few interesting screenshots from the B1M video:

Side-by-side column - probably for the branch to the OMC site.

Overhead steel box girder:

Steep incline in guideway - maybe for a station?

^^ The video was from Stainer's footage in the Spring. The gantry was headed into Fleetwood Station.

Interesting development those red supports around the Green Timbers piers near the intersection have had some guideway pieces installed without the gantry. Maybe the supports will remain until the gantry comes but who knows.

Video is from June 10th so probably will see progress in the next video.

There was a comment on one of the videos, I think Lexus’s, that it’s for a span longer than the number of segments the gantry can carry. It’s just a comment but makes sense.
Basically the gantry will come and hold the rest of the segments as it would normally between those on the supports, all will then be joined and tensioned together.

Horribly inaccurate map at around the 5 minute mark.

Great to see the project highlighted on the popular B1M Channel, but did they have to exclusively interview Patrick Condon for it?!?

Judging by the title I assume they interviewed him because he's against SkyTrain?

B1M usually mentions opposition to projects, but interviewing only the (failed) opposition to a project that's already under construction is unusual for them. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Patrick Condon who reached out to them to air this as a grievance piece ahead of local elections (especially considering the obvious errors in the video that anyone who had spent any appreciable amount of time in or researching Vancouver would catch).

Super interesting how the YT channel title changed.

WAS: Vancouver's U-Turn, will their $6B bet pay off.
NOW: Why Canada Got it Right With its New SkyTrain.

They got the labeling wrong for the Broadway Subway/Canada Line, but the map seems decent.

They missed the Broadway extension off completely, and instead labelled the Canada Line as the Broadway Subway. And they labelled the Langley extension as 'SkyTrain', as if the Expo and Millennium were something else. For an established channel with 4 million subscribers, I would have expected a bit more accuracy.

But at least they ignored Patrick Condon and agreed that SkyTrain is better than LRT.

YouTube allows multiple titles and thumbnails when a video is first uploaded. Whichever performs the best becomes permanent after a couple weeks or so.

Expo Line branch from Columbia to Production Way–University is also missing from the map.

Condon was an easy pick because he's the only one opposed.

Too much trouble to figure out who the best "pro" person would be to interview because everyone except him is on that side...

I'm not saying AI, but B1M has been a lot less accurate in the last few videos.
