Avy conditions are pretty gnarly right now, lots of mountain safety types saying they are seeing bigger slides than ever before! Now there is a snowfall warning in the area too!

Thanks - not sure why I assumed east.
I thought I remembered reading a study for 16 to Elk Island but I may be going crazy.

I think if they 6 lane it to Highway 15 that side should be ok. Plus replacing the bridge at Ardrossan and adding a couple of interchanges along the route to Lloyd could help. The west side needs the work all the way to the BC Border.

Disappointing to see that Whitemud Drive west of Henday is being downgraded to arterial status. Thankfully, the Province still seems committed to its portions of the corridor.

Going to be a lot of emergency raod building in the next month. Talking with a neighbour who works for Sturgeon county. They have 14 roads needing rebuild. So add to that the Kananaskis and areas SE of Edmonton. Should be a busy summer. Haven't checked all the areas yet.
