There is now a dumpster and a few people working on the building where bar burrito was said to be. The east side of the main building is starting to take shape with all new window and doors. I wonder when we will see some more announcements and see the back portion of the mall come down.

I'd say they want to focus their efforts on work that will produce income first. Maybe they'll start the demo later this year.

Agreed.

Not much point in repaving however until constrcution is complete.

Looking at those two substantial CRUs under construction, the smaller one could be the right size for the rumoured Dollar Tree.

The larger CRU is more of an enigma. Could this be for a No Frills?

No Frills is also rumoured for Riverview. This CRU might be the right size if deep enough.

Nope. Before the call centers took up residence at the Riverview Mall, the back part of the area was unpaved...just dirt and loose gravel. Imagine that for parking

Taco Boyz is apparently coming to town. Looks like its opening soon at 720 Coverdale Road.
Looks like TierToo properties has their first new tenant in their Riverview Place development.

There was a crew working on site today! They were doing exterior brick work.

Tier Too Properties must be in a hurry to get some lease-able units ready - working on Sunday! They probably have tenants slated to move in.
