They have closed off this section of Vanderbilt Avenue, as work begins on 383 Madison. Perhaps a sign of a more permanent change?

Vanderbilt should close. Same with the Park Avenue Viaduct.

JPMC will probably take advantage of utilizing the closed street to begin work on 250 Park when this is complete...
