Tricar has put up a webpage for this building which they are calling The Mayfair Wortley Village. The webpage has an updated render.

https://www.tricar.com/locations/the-mayfair/

Appear to now be installing the 4th floor precast concrete floor slabs to finish the podium base.

Maybe in the minority but I like the newest design, certainly a huge improvement from the initial concepts and what they have on the website now looks good.

I think it's tasteful and nice as well, and that it will fit the neighbourhood appropriately. I personally think the Tricar has some of the nicest looking buildings around the City, not sure if that is a hot take or not!

They have now completed the installs of the 4th floor precast concrete slabs including the roof of the 3s podium facing Talbot St. Should pickup the pace now that they are working on the 4th floor walls of the tower itself which has a smaller foot print.

Nearly done installing the 5th floor precast walls and posts and have already started installing some of the 6th floor precast floor slabs on the east end.
