I found a recent article with some info and updated renderings...

https://renx.ca/parkit-enters-jv-to-develop-2-tower-multifamily-site-in-london

This will be a "three-way partnership." "Two [London-based] companies, Decade Capital and Southside Group, will each take 25 per cent stakes in the venture, which is known as 760 Second Street Partnership.

Vancouver-based Parkit owns the other 50 per cent of the venture."

Good to hear that as at least Southside is a real developer. It appears they are working on forming something now which could be a tower crane base for the north tower. Not clear if they will have underground parking below these towers.

Forming now the foundation footing floating raft slab on the north end of the north tower. Does not appear that they will have an underground level of parking. Small mobile crane being used for the work so far as they don't appear to have the tower crane base poured yet. This will likely be the second tower crane of 2026 to go up in London.

More excavation work for the foundation of the north 15s tower with digging on the south end. Forming for the foundation continues but still no sign of tower crane prep. Apparently they intend to build the first building before green lighting tower two. Might be waiting to see how well the first building rents before committing to construction of tower 2.

Looks like they have wrapped up forming and pouring all the ground floor walls and posts. No signs yet how they plan to do the 2nd floor slab. Whether they intend to form and pour a concrete slab or use precast concrete slabs.

They have now installed about 60% of the second floor slab using precast concrete floor slabs. Looks like they will go with poured and formed walls and posts and precast for the floor slabs on this 15s building.

Almost done forming and pouring the 2nd floor walls and posts on this 15s mid rise apartment. Should wrap that up this week and start installing the 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs. I suspect they will settle into a 2 floors every 7 weeks pace as it's just rinse and repeat now up to the top.

About 70% of the 4th floor walls and posts are now poured. Should wrap up the 4th floor next week and start installing the 5th floor precast concrete floor slabs.

EllisDon Forming signs up on the fencing.
