^^ Thanks for the 1994 comparison. Cleveland was punching above it's weight on this metric back then too. 21 in the CSA (CLE-Akron-Canton-Wooster) back then compared to 19 today. Certainly not the "flight to the sunbelt" that people would have expected. The only one I know we lost during that time was Eaton, who moved their legal HQ to Dublin, Ireland, but still kept their entire HQ workforce in a new building in Cleveland.
