Wrapping up the 2nd floor steel modular wall panel installs. Should see the 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs start being installed soon.

The 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs are now installed and they have started forming and pouring the 3rd floor walls for the elevator stairwell shaft.

They have now installed the 4th floor precast concrete floor slabs and have started forming the 4th floor walls and posts.

Have started installing the 4th floor modular steel wall modules on the west end and have installed the structural steel posts for the 4th to 6th floor on the corners.

Have now installed the 5th floor steel modular wall panels. Should see the 6th floor precast concrete floor slabs being installed next week. This 6s building should be topped out by the end of May.

Have now installed the 6th floor precast concrete floor slabs and have poured some of the 6th floor walls and posts. Should see some of the 6th floor steel modular wall panels being installed next week.

Almost done installing the 6th floor steel modular wall panels. Have started installing the precast concrete roof slabs on the west end as this building gets close to being topped out. Should see mechanical penthouse work starting next week.

Have finished installing the precast concrete roof slabs on this 6s building. Mechanical penthouse walls up next and this 2nd building will be topped out.

Have topped out this 6s building. Exterior and interior finishing thru the rest of the year and tenants in 2027.

Wonder when the next block of townhouses to the east of this will be demolished for building 3.
