Brad Pitt and George Clooney have their estates there. Theirs are €30 or 40 mi, or more, so I read.
Properties are so valuable over there that you may speculate, you can't lose your money.
It's funny how they fantasize on the Riviera. I like the Basque Atlantic coast better. It is more affordable, younger and sportier, all at the same time.
