I had a walk through with a friend who has decided to rent there. It is gorgeous - like a high-end apartment hotel. Expensive but very, very nice.

No doubt. Great location too. Views will never change.

Any idea if the restaurants will be open to the public, or are they exclusively for residents? I feel like the Brigil project on St. Laurent was similar, and that one has the rooftop restaurant and retail open to the public.

I believe the restaurants are only for residents and guests. The restaurant up top has a very private club feel, rather than the usual seniors dining room. The views (except to the south) are very good.

This one looks great from street level. Very high quality build and design.

I went to visit a patient there and pulled up not knowing where to park. The concierge came out and valet parked my car for me! Residents pay for every penny of that luxury though....

Too bad the restaurant on the top level isn't open to outside guests like the Seven84 on St. Laurent.
