Very interesting. It could be Vizion 2, but I am uncertain of the status of this project given the new grand overall scheme for the Vision Lands.

As you have said, Quest's principle focus is on the City of Dieppe, so, I am banking on le Marki

This is planned for right across the street from Balade on Acadie Avenue.

We will know later today.

I believe they were using that lot as a staging area for Balade. This will be a fantastic addition to downtown Dieppe.

It would be nice though, if all of the new buildings built it downtown Dieppe had the same sidewalk width. Some buildings are built right up the the existing sidewalk, while others expand the sidewalk. Others still leave a space between the sidewalk and the new buildings. It creates a patchwork of different widths makes the cohesion of the neighborhood seem pretty lacking.

Oh well, I still think that le Marki is next. They will have to clean up the site after using it as a staging and marshalling yard. Perhaps next spring.......

Do we know what project they want to start after the Balade? They have two buildings planned near Balade.

Le Marki came to town council first for approval, and, the plans are more fleshed out. That's why I think this will be next.

These two proposed buildings are more or less side-by-side.

From the agenda for the May meeting of Dieppe PAC:

Quote:
Quest Capital Inc. – corner of avenue Acadie Avenue & rue du Marché Street, Dieppe, NB – PID 70442462

1) Use of a vacant lot for the storage of construction materials (for new building to be constructed at 273 Acadie Avenue) for a temporary period.
273 Acadie corresponds to the location where le Marki is to be built. The lot that they want to use for marshalling is immediately to the north

So, it does indeed appear that Quest will immediately segue into construction of le Marki as soon as work on Balade is complete

From Quest Properties Facebook:

If you look closely enough at the renders, it says 330, not 237. It looks like they're planning another building.

Good Catch, I would say it’s the other one as Le Marki is farther up and almost across from the library

This building is now at two storeys (preparing for a third). It certainly does look like a mixed use building, so, it appears you were right. I'm surprised the zoning would allow mixed use construction, but, this building will fit right in between the Ernst & Young Building and the Superstore, and will create a complete streetscape. It looks like good quality construction.
