Daniel Bouchard, the weekend anchor of Le Téléjournal Ottawa-Gatineau, retired a few weeks ago. Patrick Foucault, the municipal correspondent, will be taking over August 30.
A bit of a full circle moment as Daniel was Patrick's teacher in university.
