This has been endorsed at Planning Committee and is scheduled for council approval later in March. Because it's received RHI funding, it should be occupied in less than 12 months from now.

Ellis-Don is finishing up the foundations and footings for this modular unit design. It should go up really fast now using modular units.

This is now topped out. Alot of interior and exterior finishing to get done before the first tenants.

Looks like they were able to schedule a masonry contractor which Indiwell was not for their 744 Dundas St project.

Should be wrapping up the exterior brick work soon. Wonder if this masonry contractor is booked to goto the Indewell 3 story building on Dundas next?

Update on this sad story. Hopefully the lessons learned from this will avoid these problems in future affordable housing projects in the future.
