CoV will be building the social housing so probably by their request. Anyways, it’s not much of an increase over the 2023 approved rezoning with 300 units.

We never saw the full Nov 2025 submission so we will never know about the strata units. Seeing as total floor area is very close perhaps they changed to larger units. It averages to 940sf per strata unit.

Overall, from the approved rezoning it’s a gain of:
-82 strata units
-1058 market rental units
-158 below market rental units
-61 social housing units
