In this case, I prefer no red brick so the church can stand out.

Korean Church project

The Korean Church project is in Chinatown on the site of the former Korean Church, which relocated about a year ago. Some of the church façade will be preserved. The project will also be home to a mixed intergenerational community. In addition to a partnership with Perley Health, Nesting Ground has a partnership with Operation Come Home, a group that supports youth who may be experiencing homelessness.

“One of the priorities of city council and the mayor is to try to eliminate youth homelessness so we’re hoping that development will help to contribute to that,” says Hussey.
