Have started landing the 6th floor precast floor slabs. They appear to be on a floor every 3 week pace. Should see the final 11 floor wrapping up in 18 weeks.
Have started installing the 10th floor precast concrete walls and posts on the north end. Still need to finished installing some of the 10th floor precast floor slabs on the south end of the 11s building. This is the start of some setbacks in the design for the top floors of this building.
Have started installing some of the 11th floor walls on the north end and working still on the installation of the 11th floor slab on the south end. Should see work on the rooftop mechanical penthouse within 3 weeks topping out this 11s building.
Have started landing the roof precast slabs on this 11s building. Also truckload of drywall delivering with progress on installing drywall on the lower floors already.
Have started installing the mechanical penthouse walls on this 11s building. The concrete crew is wrapping up very soon and should be moving to the new project at 96 Ridout I suspect.
This 11s building is now topped out. Windows and balcony doors are installed up to the 9th floor. Roofing contractor will likely be starting to install the roof and patios for the 10th and 11th floor units soon.
Tricar has wasted no time in removing the tower crane from this building. Suspect it will be heading to 96 Ridout St after some maintenance work at their yard. Still haven't started installing the 10th and 11th floor window and balcony steel frames.
