I definitely do. I'm almost certain since the success of river landing, baydo and the projects on Broadway- that one or a few developers have a mock up rendering of what 'could be' on that specific site , especially with parcel D/E and B? or G? right next door.
there's a ton of momentum and focus in downtown broadway/nutana areas, id want to be a part of it if I were a developer.
